Τρόποι Αποστολής
- Το Colortools.gr αποστέλει παραγγελίες σε όλη την Ελλάδα.
- Μέχρι 2 κιλά, όλες οι παραγγελίες έχουν χρέωση 3€. Για κάθε επιπλέον κιλό μέχρι 8kg, η χρέωση είναι 1€ ανά κιλό.
- Οι αποστολές των προϊόντων γίνονται με ΕΛΤΑ courier μέχρι 8kg και για μεγαλύτερα δέματα με μεταφορική.
- Για αποστολές με μεταφορική, το κόστος υπολογίζεται κατόπιν συνεννόησης με την εκάστοτε μεταφορική εταιρεία.
- Για αντικαταβολή, υπάρχει επιπλέον κόστος 2,50€. Ισχύει για παραγγελίες μέχρι 8kg.
- Δωρεάν αποστολές για παραγγελίες άνω των 300€ ανεξαρτήτως κιλών, καθώς και για παραγγελίες από 130€ έως 300€ & έως 15kg.
Επιστροφές
- Το Colortools.gr αποδέχεται επιστροφές εντός 15 εργάσιμων ημερών από την ημέρα παραγγελίας του προϊόντος.
- Μπορείτε να επικοινωνήσετε με email στο info@colortools.gr ή τηλεφωνικά στο 2311825125 για να κανονιστεί η επιστροφή των εμπορευμάτων.
- Το κόστος επιστροφής των εμπορευμάτων επιβαρύνει τον καταναλωτή (δεν συμπεριλαμβάνεται το κόστος αντικαταβολής), εκτός αν παραλάβει λάθος προϊόν ή επιβεβαιωμένο ελαττωματικό προϊόν.
Shipping Methods
- Colortools.gr sends orders all over Greece.
- Up to 2 kg, all orders have a charge of 3€. For every extra kilo up to 8kg, the charge is 1€ per kilo.
- Shipments of products are made by ELTA courier up to 8kg and for larger packages by transport.
- For shipments by transport, the cost is calculated after consultation with the respective transport company.
- For cash on delivery, there is an additional cost of 2,50€. Valid for orders up to 8kg.
- Free shipping on orders over 300€ regardless of weight, as well as on orders from 130€ to 300€ & up to 15kg.
Returns
- Colortools.gr accepts returns within 15 working days from the day of ordering the product.
- You can contact us by email at info@colortools.gr or by phone at +302311825125 to arrange for the return of the goods.
- The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer (excluding cash on delivery costs), unless he receives the wrong product or a confirmed defective product.
